journey-to-balance: Trapped emotions get stuck in the energy field when we have a painful experience… and are unable to process through our feelings, due to our pain. Emotionally charged events from our past can still be haunting us because the unprocessed emotions get stored in our energy bodies causing pain, malfunction and eventually dis-ease. Trapped emotional energies will often gather around the heart creating a heart wall that may block you from giving and receiving love freely.
